SING YOUR LOVE

Kenny Knight‘s latest single on Coastline Recordings, “Sing Your Love,” combines analog warmth with digital precision for maximum house music fireworks. The three-mix package opens with Knight’s Original Mix, where echoed guitar fragments dance across filtered synthesizer landscapes, creating spaces for male and female vocals to intermingle. The production radiates a charm that recalls the golden age of deep, soulful house while working it out for modern sound systems.

Knight’s own Analog Dawn Mix strips away the organic elements, replacing them with squelchy synthesizer work that wouldn’t sound out of place in a Chicago warehouse circa 1988. The transformation feels like an alternate reality where Knight chose different instruments to express the same emotional resonance.

Demarkus Lewis rounds out the package with his Deez Raw Life Remix, demonstrating why he’s earned his reputation across 1,500+ releases. Lewis reconstructs the track from the ground up, letting the drums lead the way while organ stabs provide harmonic counterpoint. It’s the kind of mix that makes more sense at 2 AM than 2 PM, but that’s precisely the point.

“Sing Your Love” showcases Knight’s musical background as an instrumentalist and DJ, resulting in a release that works equally well for late-night listening and club deployment. Each mix offers its perspective, creating a complete package that’ll stay locked in DJs’ digital crates.
